Topic: FF UFX - Does new monitor controller support 3 sets of speakers?

I see in the manual for the FF UFX that there is a Speaker B control room option, but I have a need to switch between two sets of monitors AND also toggle a subwoofer on/off.  Is there a way to routing TotalMix to accomplish this?

Sure, you can route any signal(s) to any output. Define a dedicated output for the subwoofer and route a signal or create an independent mix for this output. Toggle the output on/off with the mute button. You can even control the gain of the whole speaker setup at once with the main encoder on the front by building a fader group.
