Topic: multiple multiface problem!!

Hi im new on forum.sorry for bad english!
I use 2 rme multifaces with 2 hdsp pci cards.when i use only one card everything works great,but when i use them together pc freeze,
and i must hard reset.i tried everything,new drivers,firmwares,reinstall windows couple of times,disable all unnecessary things in bios,but rme always share IRQ with something (maby is that problem)

pc:
asrock x58 extreme 24gb ram
intel i7 950

my multiple multifaces only work corectly with firmware from 02/28/2007 and old driver WDM 302.
with new firmware and driver when they work together pc freeze?!?!?i tried everything but only old driver slove the problem!!!
