I note that the identical power supply for the above has a reserve capacity (eg., from the QuadMic, "can run 3 QuadMics" via a "special adapter cable").

Can anyone comment on whether the actual current demand of the FF400 and QuadMic combined is within the ratings of the above power supply.  How much does the demand of each units (eg., whether phantom is activated).

Of course I noted that they (at least the QuadMic) that unit can run on AC as well as DC.  Of course this may men I can simply use an appropriately-rated 240V/12V transformer to feed both units.

This just helps keep the rack case tidy - one power supply instead of two (or more ... )
