Reading another posts i think one correct configurarion is:

Wordclock connections:
Multiface Master OUT>>>>IN Multiface Slave OUT >>>> Tl Audio m4 IN (doesnt have master/slave switch)

Adat connections:
Tlaudio OUT>>>>>> MUltiface IN
Multiface OUT>>>>>>>> TlAudio M4 IN

With this configuration I think my Multiface A is the master and the other elements are slaves.

It's the best configuration?

You can use any device as clock master, be shure to set the following devices to slave mode.
The devices connected via adat can also clocked within the same connection (self-clocked signal via adat).

Mixer adat out->multiface a adat in
Mixer wordclock out->multiface b wordclock in
(Both Multiface set to wordclock slave)

Or

Multiface a adat out->mixer adat in
Multiface a wordclock out->multiface b wordclock in
(Multiface a wordclock master)

Yes, i think the wc signal is even refreshed in the multiface.
At the end of the chain you have to terminate the signal. I don't know if the multiface has a switch for that, look in the manual. There are also some interresting technical backrounds in the manual.
