Topic: Can't bring TotalMix FX back up after closing (Win7)

I apologize if this has been asked and answered before. I just received my new RME UCX. Downloaded and installed the latest drivers and firmware. Everything working just fine!

However, at one point I accidentally closed the TotalMix FX window with the cross in the upper right hand corner and couldn't bring it back up again. Left or right clicking on the TotalMix FX icon in the taskbar did nothing. I shut off the UCX, started it up again, still nothing. Didn't try rebooting Windows, but is there a trick here I should know about?

The UCX was connected through USB, driver version 1059 with firmware 45/240/25/10 and Windows 7.

When TM FX crashes/hangs then open the Task Manager (Ctrl-Shift-Esc) and end the process totalmixfx.exe. The symbol in the notification area will vanish. After that restart TM FX in Windows\System32.

Try again to close the window with the red x. Usually it should not crash, of course.
