Topic: Losing sound with two hdsp9652s then sync

I have a brandnew i7 4790k computer with two pcis for two hdsp9652s. when using a few channels i get crackling then the audio drops out and disappears from totalmixfx. The cpu is not being driven that hard but I am using a lot of channels . The strange thing is that if i change my output bus to another out and then back to the original it comes back. I fear this could be a pci bandwidth issue has anyone else had similar experiences. I am using the latest drivers

Can you test the setup with only one card?

I can try it yes. Do you know of a way to test the pci bandwidth. I am running at 96k with 128latency which is quite intensive i guess but the computer is powerfull the motherboard is cheap gigabyte z97 dsr shares pci slots with pcie lane

I'm having the same exact issue with two Multiface I units. I don't know if it's the 2nd one I just added or the driver I just upgraded. Will try just one Multiface at a time tomorrow. Do I need to physically remove the card to do this?
