Yosemite TM FX aes pcie audioproblem

It seems like alot of folks have audio playback problems after updateting/clean installing Yosemite.

I' m on mac pro (march 2014, 6 core)
Mytek (with D.A.V BG no.2 preamp) going into Aes pcie  (expansion chassis) > thunderbolt.
TTFX is 4.01
+ and update to yosemite

No playback issues
But when recording audio I get random noise/glitches

Changed to an Edirol FA-66 (fw400>400>800 adapter>800 -tb adapter) - no problem

My system used to work before upgrading (from mavericks) so i guess it is a Yosemite TTFX problem?

been doing some more testing:
Tested mytek w/ D.A.V. preamp through My DIO Firewirecard (installed in Mytek - Mytek just released a driver update) - No recording issues.
SO it´s either a hardware problem with HDSPe (or the expansion box) or a softwareproblem with Totalmix.

Considering everything was working fine with HDSPe/Expansion box before upgrading to Yosemite I tend to conclude that it is a Totalmix/Yosemite (or maybe just a Yosemite) problem..
