Topic: Can't hear anything in headphones

I recently purchased the babyface, it's cool.
I can see the input signal on the hardware but can't hear anything in my headphones?
I can the software signal and it plays fine through my headphones.

Both signals are fine in my studio monitors.

I've tried everything, I'm on mac with the latest drivers

Where am I going wrong ?

Click on the Phones channel in the bottom row so it's highlighted, then raise the input fader.
