I'm considering moving my 3 HDSPe cards (with Multiface break-out boxes) into an external chassis for use on a new Thunderbolt-only Mac.

I've seen mention of testing success with the Sonnet boxes. Anyone have proper practical experience with this?

Also - any thoughts on the best way to expand USB ports on such a system? I'm using a Virus Ti, which is currently the only audio streaming device I'm using, but I will probably be using Overbridge on a couple of Elektron units too at some point.
