Topic: (Solved) HDSP9652 popping at low buffer size..

Hi guys, I run a 64bit Win7 system with an old HDSP9652 (Hardware Rev 108, Driver Ver 4.05). Intel Quad i7-2600 with 8GB RAM and SSHD Drives.

My DAW is Sonar X3 x64. All latest drivers etc.

When composing, I run the card at 128 buffer size. I get super-low latency but I do get popping and clicking, even though the CPU meters are not even registering 10%.

Does anyone know if I can get rid of the popping?

Your input would be appreciated.

Never mind - I found the problem with DPC Latency Checker.. A crappy network card!
