I was considering buying a sound card USB (Babyface) but I read that PCI is better as performance (it is true?) then I would opt for a sound card PCI version.
I have to connect to the sound card:
Midi keyboard
headphones
audio speakers
Possibly a condenser microphone or a guitar
12 channels sound card

I have some questions to ask:
1 - Which card has the best low latency?
2 - The inputs also have the preamp and phantom?
2 - I do not know if it is possible to connect the speakers in HDSPe Raydat or need another card?
3 - I have a USB sound card with 12 channels (Pre + A / D), can connect in PCI and get all 12 channels?
