I just built a new computer, Win7 64bit, to replace my reliable old XP machine.  I'm looking for some help configuring the 9652 card to change sample rate from my Rosetta converter. 

In my older machine I was able to have the card chase the converter, warn me when there was a mismatch and not let me record if there was.  Now it shows the mismatch in red on the card's ap but doesn't make the change.  It will warn me sometimes but not at other times.  I think when up sampling up it will warn me and won't when I down sample.  I'll have to do a couple more tests but I wanted to get some help for those in the know.
