Topic: Protools "could not initialize audio device" for an 88.2khz session

I get the dialog message ""could not initialize audio device"" when I try to start or open a session in 88.2khz.

I have a HDSPe MADI which is attached to a 648 Optical interface. The interface is slaving to my external AD converter (IZ ADA).

Protools exits on this message. I've tried many combinations of settings to no avail. Are there some instructions I can try for using HDSPe with Protools at higher sample rates while the device is a slave to an external master clock?

If you are on windows, do you try the new drivers (4.09) ?
