Topic: UCX CC-Mode - reload of stored settings inconsistent

Hi.

I stored a certain TotalMix setup under Windows10  to "settings 1" on the device.

I basically turned off all channels but AN1/2-Out.
Input is USB.
I also lowered the output level to -10dbV

I then switched into CC-mode on a Linux machine.
I then loaded "settings 1"

What confuses me now is that after loading "setting 1" in CC-Mode beside the AN1+2 output also my phones 7+8 are still on.
These were turned off under W10/TotalMix when I saved the "settings1" on the device.

What e.g. worked after restoring "settings 1" in CC-mode was my preconfigured  -10dbV channel level configuration.

My question is - are there any limitations when restoring predefined settings on the device in CC-mode?

Thx.

You overlooked the right CC mode - not C8 but CA. As described in the manual...

Re: UCX CC-Mode - reload of stored settings inconsistent

Thx for the hint.

Just had a look at it.

Just to recap how to do it:

Select:

1. CC
2. CA  - No copy to PH12
3. setup 1 - for custom channel settings - such as reference level, phantom power, EQ etc.

Is it correct that when switching into CC mode "default mode" is C8 instead of CA?

What's still confusing:. I muted my phones  in "setup 1". They were unmuted when going into CC and reloading "setup 1".

Cheers

There is no Mute control on the front of the unit. Obviously we have to ignore this setting...and some others...or you would never be able to use those channels.
