Topic: Help - No card found

Hi!

I just purchased the Raydat card. When I put it in my PC and boot up, it does not see the card at all.

Any ideas?

Does it show up in the Device manager at all?

First thing I'd try is to check BIOS for any PCIe power saving settings and disable them.  Second thing would be to try a different PCIe Slot.

Is this a used card, or did you buy it new?
