Topic: Help - RME 9652 input stopped working

Hi,
I have had this setup since 2007 and it has always worked flawlessly. I have two A to D 8 channel converters connected to the 9652 via light pipes.

A to D number one brings in my drum mics (8 channels) while A to D number 2 brings in bass, guitar, vocals, etc.

Today I started a new project and I was not seeing the drums (1-8) at the input. So I plugged that lightpipe into the input that normally has (9-16) in it and it worked. This tells me that the input that I've always had (1-8) plugged in is no longer working on the card.

Any thoughts?

Can I send the card in for testing?

Contact your local distributor, they can help. The TOSLINK input could indeed be no longer working.
