Hi all!

I am using 2 Multiface 1 for 16 track recordings and it works well.
I have them running with a PCI card and a PCMCIA card separately connected with may desctop.
Synced by wordclock cable.

All fine recording ... 24 bit 88.2 KHz

But! As soon as I also want to play back 16 tracks -  my computer is braking down.
Is there anyone who can tell me why?

Is it really so much more work for my system to play back than record?

Or is there a trick??
