Topic: AES 32pcie vs ADI 8 QS clock quality

Hi.
I have AES 32 pcie card and ADI 8 QS.Please tell me anyone,which of the two should be master?
Which of these has the best clock?
because I have tried both variants,and change the sound of each other.

IMHO it is best to use the AD/DA device as master. No matter how good the external clock, it will never  be better then internal (except for one very very old digidesign protools device). This was tested by SOS magazine. In this case the PCIe card has no analogue ins or outs so it is not interesting if it runs internal or slave. Clock quality is only important at the DA or AD stage.
So for me ADI 8QS for president ;-) /as master!
