i have an old multiface 1 standing on the shelf here, which doesn't get use anymore.
my question:
is it technically possible (with a special firmware for example) to turn it into a "hardwired" analog to adat/adat to analog converter?
what i mean is a fixed routing, started when powered on, which routes all ad inputs to adat outputs and vive versa.

or is that done on the card (pcmcia or pcie), so not possible in the device itself ...

this would help prevent some "elektroschrott", if possible ;-)
