Topic: RME HDSPe RayDat

Hi, I'm new to the forum, but wondered if anyone out there could shed some light on a the  Totalmix software bundled with the HDSPe RayDat I have.
The software and hardware are running fine, but I do not have any effects i.e EQ or reverbs as options on the Totalmix channels available.
Are these unique to other RME products or am I missing something. I have downloaded the latest driver and updated to the latest firmware that tell me I'm running the Totalmix FX, but still I have no effects on any channels. Any suggestions would kindly be appreciated.

The Raydat hardware does not support any effects, sorry.

I use my UFX as pre-amp and ARC to control everything connected to it and connect it finally via ADAT to the RayDAT.
Then you have the FX on the UFX.

Or you get new UFX+ / ARC USB and connect it via USB3 or TB.
Optional: get also "HDSPe MADI FX" which also has TM FX Chip and connect the UFX+ via ADAT or MADI to the card.
At least then you would have MADI with more options and also more easily supporting higher sample rates if required.
