Topic: Total Mix Not Opening Windows

Hi All,

I am the very happy owner of a RME Fireface UCX
Though currently Total Mix is not opening matrix or mix windows on my iMac or my Macbook air OSX 10.11.5
Total Mix opens but nothing happens when I click on the "new total mix window"
I have downloaded all new drivers and software

Please Help

You had a second monitor connected before? The window might be opening out of the current screenspace.

No second monitor. I imagine the window would minimize from the view tab anyhow. I've also just tried to update to the latest driver and the Fireface USB Settings and Fireface USB Mixer do not open at all when clicked. I've been through the process of reinstalling these drivers a few times now.

Then either the hardware is not found at all, or you installed the wrong driver (FW instead of USB or vice versa). As this is a UCX it might also be in Class Compliant mode (then it is available as audio device but no Settings and TM FX).
