Topic: 2 PCIe Cards. Is it possible?

Hi all,

Thinking in improve my system so I need some advice.

Right now I have a digital console with 96 Adat I/O. 3x Motu 2408 attached to the console and a external 24 ch AD/DA attached too to the console via a ADI 648.

The possible setup would be a HDSPe MADI Fx, connecting the external AD/DA and the ADI-648 via MADI. and A RayDat completing the 96ch from the computer to the console. So I'd have 96 I/o from/to the computer (64 via HDSPe MadiFx-ADI-648-console plus 32 I/O via RayDat) and the 24 external AD/DA Madi connected with HDSPe MadiFx.

The computer is MacPro 5,1.
The external AD/DA is used for record and mix. I'm monitoring through the console.

The questions are:
Is this system reliable? Is there some issue working with the two cards? Can two cards work together?
How does the clock work?
I'm not familiarize with all the RME products so I wonder if Is there better solutions in this case, regarding I/O count.

Thanks in advance.
