Topic: Babyface Pro DIM button odd behaviour

Hi,
I took delivery of a Babyface Pro just before New Year. Generally all seems well (although see my other topic about some solutions to audio breakup) but the DIM button is exhibiting odd behaviour (I'm using a mid-2015 MacBook Pro).

The button is unresponsive from startup until app focus is switched to TotalMix. DIM button functions thereafter for a while but then stops again after 45s to a minute or so. Switching between apps will sometimes restore function, but it will stop again shortly after.Switching back to TotalMix will always restore function, but only temporarily.

System details:
BFP firmware v101
Driver v2.14
OS X 10.11.1 (build 15B42)
MacBookPro Retina 15inch, mid 2015, 16GB RAM
2TB thunderbolt drive supplying audio files

We are checking this, but I wonder if you missed that the DIM button will only work (illuminate the DIM LEDs) if the correct output is chosen on the unit (whatever is currently assigned as Mains).

We can not reproduce it. Tried on several Macs. You still have this problem?

This happens for me too on an original Babyface. It's causing a huge hassle at work.
Any suggestions?
