Topic: Multiface 1 HDSP rev 1.7 red light stay on

Hello. I have a problem with my intallation. My multiface 1 red light stay on. the "FX" and "DSP" software don't load at all. I have use version 415 driver. I have try to flash the HDSP (Version 1.7 on the card) without success. I use Windows 7 64 bit  Thank's

Exactly the same issue here. i7 - Win7 64bit.
I had had to revert back to 4.1 (released 7/21/2015). Now things are up and running without any annoying red lights.
However, RME's annoying (and usual) disregard for their customers remain the same.
