Topic: Add "Subscribe to Thread" tick box in the "Quick Reply" form?

I often use the Quick Post feature at the bottom of a thread opposed to clicking on "Post Reply" and opening a new window.  Is it possible to add the "Subscribe to this Thread" tick box on the Quick Post form? 

Or just make a global user setting box (in your User Profile) that allows you to choose if you want to subscribe to topics by default, or not.
