Topic: Babyface pro on iPad - latency

Hello eberybody!
Playing virtual instruments from Sampletank on an iPad Air2 with newest iOS ... Digital piano is connected via MiDi to the Babyface pro. When Totalmix app is running, there is much more latency than without. Closing the app and the latency is gone in this moment. Why? Of course I can play the samples without TM open, but it would be interesting...

Go to TM FX Settings, RME Interface Settings, Enable Background Mode. I expect this to be on - set it to off and try again.

I know, there is a long time gone since my last post about this... but today I was messing around with some iPad-Synths, MIDI and audio via the Babyface pro. By hazard I found out something interesting: Latency is near zero when TM is NOT running - ok. Latency is really not ok when I launch the synth-app (or sampleplayer or ...) first and second TM. But when I launch TM first and after that the synth-app, latency is perfect, near zero! ...?
