Topic: TotalMix midicontrol alright... but only note messages not executed

Hi,
I control latest 1.35 Totalmix /Windows 10 with a (Behringer BNC) midi controler - Mackie protocol OFF- and it works fine.
But the buttons that have a note assigned (to change e.g. snapshots) are not executed in Totalmix.
I double checked and recorded the buttons in my DAW and there they are received alright ... with the right channel and value 1 and also value 2- note/ channel 1/ 53 (pitch) and 127 velocity and Note on  (as described in the Midi chart around page 73).

What am I doing wrong? Or is something buggy?

Page 64:     Mackie Control Options
Enable Protocol Support. When disabled TM FX will only react on the Control Change commands of chapter 29.5.

The notes that you use are no Control change commands.

Hi ,
Is it possible to insert into user's manual the fact that mackie protocol must be activate to recall snapshots via midi notes.
I ve been searching a long time before i found your light .
