You can download some TotalMix Workspaces that configured for blind musicians in this topic.

Some notes:
•Settings mate for Fireface UFX.
•File contains 7 Workspaces.
•When TotalMix is open, Pressing W will open Workspace quick select box, you can use up and down arrow to choose workspace.
•When TotalMix is open, Pressing alt+numbers row on your keyboard to active workspaces quickly.
•After loading a workspace, you can use knobs that located on the unit to control volume and gain values.
•Sorry for typos.

Workspaces:
•1-default: Phantom power disabled for all mic channels, Mic 3 (11) set for dynamic mics, mic4 (12) set for inst. input, headphones, main output and output 7/8 enable, also inputs 1*2 enabled for external line level devices, like a preamp.
•2-phantom enabled: all settings are the same, only phantom power have been enabled for mic channels 1 and 2 (9/10)
•3-External line enabled, phantom disabled: All settings are the same, phantom disabled, input 3/4 enabled
•4-External line active, phantoms are enabled: All settings are the same, only phantom enabled for mic channels 1 and 2 (9/10)
•5-Listen mode: All inputs are disabled.
•6-External inputs are disabled, phantom power enabled for same mic channels.
•7-External inputs are disabled, phantom power disabled
