I run my HDSPs and 15 m adat duplex cables without any issues. I was thinking about running optics in my walls instead of xlr cables to minimize the EMI and sound leakage. Is there any complete optical snakes solution you guys know about it or i have to use generic duplex optic fiber and use couplers?

4 ins 4out TOS per room would suffice. I figured mux demux boxes defeat its purpose because of costs and additional unecessary AC power source
so my plan is to add  two (4x4) tos-cat6-bnc wallplates  for two diagonal rooms connected with 32 inch digital mirrors  and 4(4x4) tos-cat6-bnc wallplates in control room
