Topic: Fireface UC - encoder press don't work

Dear RME Supporter,

HELP, what's this?

My good old FF UC can't change the channels via encoder knob! It doesn't work! Since the last Flash update? I don't know... No, this is about 2 years ago.
It is possible the knob has mechanical problems? The FF UC is a Pre Release device...

Simply pull out the knob a bit.

in fact, it was a mechanical Problem, the handle knob was pushed very strong on the device (after a transport).
