Topic: OS volume control

Hi!

I'm really interested to buy an ADI-2 Pro unit but one essential missing feature for me is the ability to remotely control the volume..
I'd like to know from people that already own the unit if you can control the volume from the OS (Windows or Linux) ?
If yes does it control the volume of the unit or is it a software volume at driver level ?

My idea would be to use a Raspberry Pi connected in USB to play music and control the volume using a custom made infrared module..

The ADI-2 Pro won't get TotalMix FX, but you can implement this and then you have all you want plus more:
