Topic: Using fireface 800 with new imac pro and a dock station

Hi does someone is using an rme fireface 800 with a new mac and some kinf of adaptor.. like this ?

I've used the OWC TB2 dock while simultaneously attached to an FF800 and FF802, I had the Apple TB/FW adapter hanging off of one TB port to get the two 1394b outputs.

If my memory is correct, both FW ports were the Agere/LSI FW632 (642 ??, whatever the evil not-TI chip is).

Sonar also worked well on a Thinkpad P70 USB-C socket using a TB2/3 adapter.

Just received an email this morning from OWC that they are (finally) beginning to fulfill TB3 dock orders, also with two TB ports so it doesn't dead-end at the dock switch.
