Topic: Rename ASIO channels?

AS the topic suggests: Can I rename ASIO channels?

Programs like Reason can't rename the ASIO channels it seems, so how do I name them on OS level, like you can in ASIO4ALL? Not possible? thanks!

I don't know if you can but as for ASIO4ALL, that's a wrapper for a WDM driver. Not a genuine ASIO driver so to speak. So since ASIO4ALL emulates an ASIO driver to the OS. It's can then have the freedom to rename them.

But as we know, ASIO4ALL is not a viable option smile Maybe a feature request for RME? smile
