Topic: TotalMix routing with Cubase and external FX unit and UFX

Hi, a Q: I set up an External FX channel mono out in Cubase, VST Connections menu, to analog 8 out on my UFX. Signal comes in to an external hardware box OK. Now i routed its stereo outputs back to analogue 7/8 in (Cubase VST connection menu), but i get a dry off center panned signal back on my FX return in Cubase. Any tips on settings in TotalMix? F

Either your external FX is set up wrong, or your Cubase FX return. TotalMix is not responsible for the record path (FX return).

you might be right, i think it's in the quite complex routing in the FX, a voicelive harmonizr ... thnx, F
