Topic: UCX external effect not working

I have Ableton track set up to send audio clip from UCX outputs 5/6. Wires go to the effect module (Endorphines GT), the same module has stereo audio out, so I route it to UCX inputs 7/8. Another Ableton track is set up to receive audio from Ext In 7/8. Sound is outputted through 5/6 but it doesn't seem to be received by UCX after effect module. Any ideas what I miss?

maybe your routing in total mix is wrong - ableton outs are software outs (software playback - second row in TM) so you must route the software playback in total mix to the hardware outs from ucx (hardware outputs - third row in TM)

Yep, found it yesterday after a bit of struggling. Thank you, and indeed I had to route software playback to Out 5/6.
