Topic: Fireface 802 wont load (first time new installation)

I´ve done all installation succesfull, but seems like the totalmix icon never load.

I just bougt my new ff802, is the first time that i have installed anything...
the driver version and flash firmware is well updated. the interface can sound an appear in my DAW (ableton live 9.6), but i cannot load the totalmix to control mixing and volumes and etc...

Please, support me to solve the first initial installation yet, or tell my for what reason all drivers and flash is perfect updated but the totalmix doesn´t load.

Which OS ?
Which RME driver version ?

Jeff wrote a few weeks that Win10 required somewhere an activation for the TM autostart.
