HELP!!!  Please

1. Word clock:

From MidiTimePiece AV "WC out" Cable --> to T-connector on 1st.Multiface I WC in and then thru cable --> to T-connector on 2nd.Multiface I WC in --> T-connector + Terminator 75ohm.

Is this correct the way ?
Is WC LED's supposed to light up on both Multiface units ?

2. I would like to run the 2x Multiface from one external power source, but seems I cant find a clear cut solution.
What would the specifications for a sufficient PSU be ?
I hope to make use of the "Disconnect mode" feature if this is even possible on a stationary PC/DAW.
Note that 2xMultiface I is NOT run from cardbus, but PCI/PCIe in my DAW. Yes - I love to sequence stuff in real solid hardware!
