Topic: Fireface USB Settings and Totalmix are not launching | UC

After installing the new update on the

macOs Sierra version 10.12.6

, both the

Fireface USB Settings and Totalmix

are not launching automatically when I plug in the USB of my UC.

Even by launching Totalmix manually, no window appears and Fireface USB Settings won't launch at all.


I've tried the following USB Driver, but still didn't work:
- Fireface USB Driver v2.19
- Fireface USB Driver v3.03


Don't know what to do, to resolve this. Help!!!

Is there anyone who can help me with me problem???
My studio is frozen for the time being :-(

Did you check firmware not to be in PC mode?
Double click on encoder when not connected.
Does it show AP

I've double clicked on the encoder and yes.... It shows AP on the display.

After double click on the encoder, I've connected the Fireface UC to the USB and Mac.... Magic!!!
It's working again.

I've just recently got the UC, replacing my ADI 8 QS in my home studio.
So the manual was present to me ;-)
