Topic: Simplify Menu Control

Hi MC,

Ever thought about to implement a stop at the "end" and "beginning" of the main menu pages?
At the moment one can infinitely switch through the pages in one or the other direction. This can be confusing sometimes and I think learning the menu structure would be easier if there is a stop at the "last" and "first" page (the brain learns better if it is stopped unexpectedly wink ).

The same is already done at all the sub-menus, e. g. the DA-Filter selection where SD Sharp is first and NOS last.
Extending this to the main menus would only be logical. Of course this is only applicable where you turn the encoders to flip through the menus.

We know what you mean. The other way to see it is that you get easier and quicker access by not having a stop. All our display based units work like that. Also the number of items in horizontal scrolling is quite small, so the learning curve is not that steep.

We had this discussion already for blind users.
Would it be possible - hopefully without too many hassles in development  - to make this configurable ?

Please do not change the behavior of the volume knob! It is important to have volume control at any time.
Please no more senseless options.

there should be a tool that controls the adi2 from the computer. cmon...we are in 2017 smile

It should be possible to use something fully without additional stuff like computers, smartphones or tablets. That is what you get here. Development costs for multi-platform external control are in no way justified for the ADI-2 Pro.

erm yes... should....be....possible...   in any way smile - having a remote control via pc ui would make sense (and imho justified for many reasons).
