Hi RME users

When I connect the usb my Fireface UC it spits out a pile of random midi on the midi out – just one burst, afterwards midi operation is normal.

It also happens on power up of the laptop if RME is already connected.

I connected the midi to a second computer to log it – see part of it pasted bottom of the post

It became apparant in my last live performance where the FOH complained about deep rumble from my synths. No wonder if they receive a cascade of low end midi on events :-)

Has anybody else seen this or have any input. My drivers and OS should be up-to-speed.

An otherwise happy RME user through many years.

[Update: I found that the burst comes on a powercycle of the UC even if not connected to the computer.
The UC has the latest firmware 221]
