Topic: Totalmix stops visually responding to Babyface

Hi there,

Mac Sierra. I'm having an odd one here, if I completely erase all RME from my HD and install the 303 driver/TM software and touch nothing the metering works when I move the Babyface dial. As soon as I begin setting anything up, for instance adjusting mic pre gain or naming input channels, all the metering stops responding to Babyface input. It works OK, just the visuals stop. Except for the dim button, it always works via depressing the Babyface dial.

This is repeatable, I've erased and reinstalled several times and always with the same result.

Anyone have some clues?

Hmm, I may have solved this issue which wasn't an issue until recently. I have my computer outside my music room and use an active USB extender to have the Babyface nearby. So far this has been without issue. Yesterday I fished out a PSU and applied that to the BF along with the USB and the graphics are back working as expected. It seems for some reason my BF just wasn't getting enough juice.
