Topic: Product registration online?

I recently purchased a Fireface UFX II at Prolyd in Oslo, Norway. I have emailed RME several times, but nobody answers. Very bad service unfortunately... Is there anywhere I can register my product online?

your data was received and forwarded, but we can not indivudually confirm each registration.
Please mind that yesterday was a holiday and therefore we had an extended weekend also.
