Topic: Problem with switch on

Hi !

Sorry in advance for my english.

I've bought an RME Fireface UC last week, it worked really well untill tonight, the RME doesn't want to switch on anymore.
The thing is that the power supply do work and show the light when the RME is off but when I want to switch the RME on, the power supply light turns off..
I've tried with an other power supply and obviously the problem is in the RME because it still doesn't work...

Is there anything to try before sending back the RME to the shop ?

Are you sure the 'other' power supply has the correct polarity? The ps LED going off is typical for an old, dying one. But if it's new no problem anyway, you have warranty.

The problem is not in about the power supply, it's in the RME...
I will send it back to the shop I guess.
