Topic: Fireface 802, Mac High Sierra USB/Firewire drivers

I installed the latest USB drivers so that I could update the firmware. Now that I have, I would like to use firewire. I installed the firewire drivers from the website but ONLY USB shows up in my sound panel. I have rebooted and cycled the power on the unit.

How to I configure to ONLY use firewire?

Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.2

Remove the USB cable! You can not use both at the same time and switch between them.

Thanks but the USB cable is not plugged in. I only used it for the firmware update as required.
Total Mix and the Fireface Settings App both will not run.

I dragged the USB settings panel to the trash.
Rebooted
Installed FW drivers again.
Rebooted
Went to Security Settings and clicked ALLOW
Cycled the power on the 802
Choice appeared in Sound Settings. I selected.
BOOM!

MUCH easier on my PC smile

NEED HELP!!!

Since installing Mac OS High Sierra. The heaphone jack is not working.
no more sound is coming into my hearphones.

I installed the 3.3 Fireface driver but it's not fixing the problem.
