Topic: pb with knob on fireface UC

English is not my maternal language but i try to explain my pb.
the knob should control volumel of the all output of the fireface (software playback and harware ouputs) . In fact it control the panel. for example if i choose the channel for the phones when i turn it clockwise sound goes to my left ear.
i have the driver for mac v3.03 firmware v124. the mac os is 10.13.2. Does someone have an idea?

From the manual:

Stereo Mode
Pushing the knob for more than a second activates the Link (Gang) mode. The display will show off or on. In stereo (on) mode, the display only presents the left channels of a stereo pair (L1, L3, L5...). The gain and volume setting is then valid for both channels.
