Topic: UFX+ Thunderbolt issue

Hi,
I have issues with my brad new setup (HP Z Book 15 G3  Win 10 pro 64) not recognizing UFX+.

I'm using StarTech USB C to TB2 adapter.
Interface works normally over USB3 connection but when I switch to TB connection ZBook recognize UFX+ in thunderbolt devices via HP app and HOST LED is white, but Win displays it as Multimedia Audio Device without proper drivers. UFX+ doesn't show up in sound devices also. TotalMix and MADIface settings panel are not accessible when TB is connected...I think that driver doesn't boot up upon TB connection.

Latest firmware and driver 0.9619 are installed.

Except for the latest version of Win 10 Pro 64  with latest updates no additional software is installed. I've tried every possible solution, multiple restarts, changing TB ports on laptop, manually forcing TB boot on UFX+ itself ....nothing helps.

Any ideas what's wrong ?

The TB driver is version 1.13. Download page, Tab HDSP(e) Thunderbolt, scroll down to UFX+ (Thunderbolt).

Yes, that solved the "problem".

Note to myself - Sometimes it's more useful to calm down and search for solution in more obvious places smile
