Topic: RME Fireface UFX II build quality (encoder knobs)

The encoder knobs of my UFX II are a bid wiggly:

Are they supposed to be like this?

Yes, supposed to be like that... I had the same question when I first got mine. Not of the quality of a Benchmark (but I'm not sure the Benchmark is a straight up encoder knob), but seems like a typical characteristic of many encoder type knob adjustments. On mine, the two smaller encoder knobs are a little more solid feeling than the main encoder. But I haven't had any problems with the encoder knobs so far, and haven't heard of any.
