Hi,

I have been looking around this forum but did not find an answer.

I use a Fireface UCX previously with a MacBook Pro 15" 2015 Model and it works perfectly. Firmware v47, OSX High Sierra and Driver up to date 3.30. Connection is made via USB.

Now I try to connect the same UCX to an iMac 27" 5K - also with the latest software - and its not working. Red Host LED is off and System Settings show me that the Fireface is seen by the OSX but I can't see the device in AudioMidi settings or get RME USB Settings or TotalMix to work. On TotalMix I can't pick a device to open a window. Additionally firmware update tool is not working on the iMac (just tried to see if it worked although latest firmware in place).

I tried downgrading to all previous driver versions but no luck. Even wiped my iMac and reinstalled High Sierra from scratch. I am not a Beta Tester.

Anyone with the same issue.
