Hi guys,

I am using your RME UCX for 5 years, always happy but recently the sound card went down and I cannot use it anymore. I used it via USB on a mac book pro laptop but now when I plug it and switch to on the red button host is activated and the sound card is not showing up in my mac sound preferences anymore.

I tried a couple of usb cables, trying using the card on another computer, installing the latest driver for usb (including flash tool).

So I think the sound card needs service so I will need your help on the process. The card is 4 years old.

Who can help me with that? Cheers.
