Topic: Routing one program to another

Can I do this with my Baby Face Pro and Studio One 3.5 Pro and TotalMix FX...

Record my Microphone on Input 1 into Studio One, apply effects, then at the same time send that affected audio out to another windows program (a web app in Chrome)?

How would I accomplish this? Would I get noticeable latency if it is possible?

This should be possible via loopback. Route the sound to a free output.
There apply Loopback (then this output can be recorded on the corresponding input channel).
This input channel can be recorded via the corresponding WDM device.
